Out of all the 5 apps, Photo Image Editor Pixelstyle is the only app offered for completely free. It also offers decent features for a free app. Snagit is generally meant for web development and not good for personal image processing. You don’t even find options like collage maker though the price is at high end. The problem with remaining 3 apps is that the free and pro options are mixed. When you click on any of the pro option then it will prompt you to upgrade. You can upgrade one of these apps when you need a feature that is not available in Photo Image Editor Pixelstyle free app.
